We have received several emails from Affiliates asking us what is going on? As we explained in our previous newsletter we are waiting for the MID (descriptor code) from Visa and Mastercard. This is the only thing preventing us from being able to offer Visa and Mastercard processing on vicesus.com

We were told that it could take up to 2 weeks to get this descriptor code and we are getting close to that time.

As soon as we get the "GO" we will announce a final deadline for payments. And announce when the compression of NON paid positions will take place. And shortly after this we will officially launch vicesus.com.

Q: Why do most Auction Concepts Fail?

A. This happens for more than one reason.

Reason 1: Because the focus is primarily on the Sale of Bids, not the Customer and what the customer does with the bids. Whomever wants to Buy would be offered a Return Share on the purchase of those Bids. This is considered an investment. The purchase of anything with a guarantee or an offer to get a Return on that Investment is considered just that, an 'Investment'. These concepts are NOT sustainable and we have seen this issue happen before.

Reason 2: These companies Sell Bids to Affiliates who in turn give those bids away to Auto generated customers. 

Q. What makes Vicesus Different?

A. Vicesus MAIN FOCUS is on CUSTOMERS and LONG TERM thinking. Think AMWAY of AUCTION. The main reason most auction concepts fail is because not all bids will be USED. but the company earns the same even if the Bids are Used or Not. The question becomes: Is there REAL turnover or are the Affiliates buying and using these bids themselves. Here, Affiliates are ONLY paid in the weekly pool on USED bids which encourages the Affiliates to promote the Auction and the acquisition of new customers.

The Comp plan is made so the Moms and Dads (the average person) can still Earn (even a small portion) in the matrix without doing anything else other than being active and have 2 customers that are active. which is 100% required for anyone to get paid. The Main income MUST come from customers.

Here is a breakdown of the income and how it is derived..

68% + the win bonus + retail

• 10 % in matrix
• 20% in uni-level
• 35% in the weekly pool
• 3% in achievement pool
• plus approx 1% extra in the auction win bonus

A customer pays .60c per bid, the company pays 15% in retail commission on those purchases. There are NO retail commissions when an Affiliate buys bids. Vicesus is compliant in ALL they offer and not only consults with top level attorneys who specialize in the field of mlm and auctions but enforce that all action and advice given is enforced. They pay commissions on USED bids and they maintain the 40/60 Rule. In the Vicesus compensation plan, you earn most NOT by being first to join the concept but by building most which is fairest plan we have found. For examle, In the Unilevel portion of their plan, you can advance by Rank position. You cannot however make money by registering and not building a customer base or sales team that acquires customers.

Q. What is the definition of Compliance in Auctions? 

A. The share of profits to affiliates from Bids that are USED by customers. Otherwise the auction concept will seem to operate more like investment or ponzi schematics.

Mr. Sulaiman Abrahams: is an south African entrepreneur in his early 40thies. From a business background with a college education in Business Economics, being rated amongst the top candidates and being credited for this which was published by Cape Chamber of Commerce & USAID. In his early years Abrahams had a career in TELKOM SA – which is Africa's largest integrated telecom company, followed by a position as sales manager at PEPSI South Africa. In his later years Abrahams has been focused on Human Resource and project management within the software business as well as the hospitality sector. Mr. Abrahams today holds several positions in companies worldwide but lives in Cape Town with his family

CFO
Mr. Jesper Madsen: I´m a Swedish entrepreneur and I´m in the mid 40thies. From a commercial high school I did a bachelor in science back in 1994 after which I went into finance as account manager of a Danish mortgage finance company. I continued as key account manager of the Swedish “Resurs Bank” where I held this position until 2001. From 2001 I was a CEO of Cool Design in Denmark, the first real Danish web design company using outsourced web-development which later in 2002 was sold to Russian Venture Company. I was in late 2003 the first to market "UK limited companies with resident branch" as a mean to establish local company building in Denmark. I recently lived in Bangalore in India for a period of 2 years taking part in international company formation project, but today I´m married and living in southern Sweden

Mr. Mads Frederiksen: I´m 30 years old, married.  Over the past 10 years, I have possessed different board positions in different companies over the years. I have managed a major construction company.  In addition to experience in web solutions on the corporate scale, I have several years of experience in the sale of companies and as a business consultant.

Mr. Kristian Jacobsen: I´m 40 years old, married with 3 children.  I have extensive experience in startup operations, with 20 years of operations management experience, with small to mid-size construction companies.  For over 15 years of my career, I worked in the industry with problem solving at my main field of operations. Over the last 5 years I built op my one construction company that I just sold. I have a passion for network marketing and been involved with it for 21 years, and have acquired a wide experience within this industry.

Mr. Anshumali Saxena: Over 18 years of national and global marketing , sales, consulting  & transformational training ‘success-experience’ in service sectors - IT services, software solutions, media, eLearning, BPO, Education & Consulting.  I develop successful business strategies, integrated marketing road maps; mentor leadership to capitalize on emerging opportunities, train key people to build necessary success-skills (soft & professional skills) and deliver focused marketing & sales successes (online and offline). I leverage my vast work experience, excellent people-skills, user-needs focused research and persuasive marketing to consistently deliver breakthrough results for both startups and mature organizations

Ms. Felicia Vlad:  At the moment I work in Management Consulting (MDD , one of Top 3), with previous experience in FMCG (Procter & Gamble), Telecom (Ericsson) and HR Consulting (Adecco). I have a background and studies in both technology and business and my highest degree is a Master of Science in Industrial Engineering at Chalmers University of Technology in Gbg. I speak English, French & Swedish.

The official language will be English, but they do plan on translating presentations into several other languages. However this will not happen immediately from the beginning of the pre-launch. As an affiliate you are allowed to create your own marketing material, but it has to be approved by the company. And only approved marketing material will get the “approved by” seal. The sales compensation plan can pay out a maximum of 63%!

Download the Vicesus Compensation Plan! Weekly Bonus Pool (WBP) 1 Bid = 1 point. You receive 1 point for every bid used in your organisation (affiliates, customers & personal) in the Weekly Bonus Pool & pts retire in 90 days. 35% of company turnover from Bid Packages goes to WBP

Weekly Uni Level Payments (ULP) 20% of weekly turnover of bid package purchases from all customers & affiliates goes to WULP. Depending on affiliate position (Exec, Snr, Plat. etc) they can earn down 8 levels. If you buy the $499 Package you will be given Platinum status for 180 days. This has a HUGE potential for you. Weekly Matrix Payments (MP) 2x20 Forced Matrix. 10% weekly turnover of bid package purchases from your customers & affiliates is entered into the WMP. A full 20 level Matrix can earn you $1,048,576 per week if everyone on level 20 bought $200 in bids. The WMP will vary every week.

Why should I become a Founding Affiliate?

The company will only offer 1,000 Founders Packages of $499. Once the 1,000 Founder packages are sold they will offer a $499 pre-launch package, which will give similar benefits, but not access to the special Founder benefits (participation in the Quarterly Founders Pool and other special promotions). As a Founding Affiliate all the points you accumulate during the prel-aunch will be valid for 180 days compared to 90 days when we launch.

Special: Affiliates that select the Founders Package will have 60 days from the official opening, which is March 8, 2013 to qualify their customers. This is without any doubt one the BEST plan I’ve ever seen - if not the BEST!
